CreditsĬliff Ruby & Elana Lesser, Sarah Maizes and Rob Hudut She succeeds with the help of Penelope, the least intimidating of dragons! "However, in a twist of fate, Rapunzel's discovery of a magic paintbrush leads her on a journey that will unravel a web of deception, bring peace to two feuding kingdoms, and ultimately lead her to love with the handsome Prince Stefan. She lived as a servant of Gothel, a jealous, scheming witch who kept her hidden deep in a forbidding forest, guarded by the enormous dragon Hugo and surrounded by an enchanted glass wall. But Rapunzel's life was far from wonderful. Made with: long ago, in a time of magic and dragons, there lived a girl named Rapunzel, who had the most beautiful, radiant hair the world had ever seen. So let me know what you guys think!! If you'd like to see more, live me a comment or send me a note! Maybe sometime, I can make a Penelope to go with her! The hair was a bit of a challenge, as you do with ANY Rapunzel doll, but I think I did pretty well. And what do ya do when you wand to get out of a stuffy tower room? USE A HIPPITY DIPPITY MAGIC PAINTBRUSH OF COURSE! And come on, the dress scene is ICONIC!!įor this doll, I wanted to incorporate elements from both the film and the doll, especially the rose decorations. In my opinion, Barbie's adaptation of Rapunzel is better than the Disney film! I mean, I like Tangled fine, but I like Barbie's movie a little bit more! The overall design of the film, the characters, and especially the MUSIC are just spectacular! I even liked the idea of Rapunzel finding a secret passage that leads out of her mansion, only for Gothel to then turn it into a tower afterwards. One of my favorite Barbie movies of all time! Been meaning to post a doll of her for a LONG time, here is Barbie as Rapunzel!
